Christmas Break. The dorms are nearly empty and most students have gone home. A small group of college friends with nowhere else to go accepts an invitation from their wealthy classmate to spend the holidays at his family’s sprawling, old-money estate on the New England coast. They arrive to roaring fires, endless food, and the quiet luxury of the historic manor… only to learn that beloved old groundskeeper Pip has already vanished without a trace. What should have been a cozy, peaceful getaway quickly turns tense as you realize something is very wrong at the estate.
