The heroes arrive in the Earth Kingdom town of Jinghua during its annual Cabbage Festival, expecting a day of food, games, and celebration. Instead, the festivities are thrown into chaos when the town's famous cabbage merchant discovers that his entire shipment of prize-winning cabbages has been stolen!
What begins as a silly mystery quickly becomes something much more serious. Hidden inside one of the missing cabbage crates is a secret message revealing the location of an upcoming Fire Nation weapons shipment. Now the Earth Kingdom resistance, Fire Nation soldiers, and a pair of very confused thieves are all searching for the same thing.
As the heroes investigate, they'll chase suspects across rooftops, navigate chaotic market streets, dodge flying cabbages, and uncover a conspiracy that could put the entire town in danger. Their investigation eventually leads them to an abandoned watermill, where the resistance and Fire Nation forces collide.
With the fate of the secret message—and potentially the lives of innocent villagers—in their hands, the heroes must decide whether to help the resistance, protect the town, deceive both sides, or find a peaceful solution.
